5 Sure Fire Ways to put an Iron Fence Around Your Herd!! (Client Retention!)(Article)(Audio)

Super excited to be talking about one of my favorite topics on this call…. CLIENT RETENTION!!

Two things that stick out in my mind that if you catch the importance of them you will see how huge client retention is to the bottom line.

For every 1% of client retention it increases the bottom line 7%!!

For every month you do not have contact with a client or prospect you LOSE 10% of your influence!!

On this short (only 30 minutes) call I went through 5 things you can do to increase your client retention.

Here they are but I would invite you to listen to the call for much more in depth discussion on each one.

1. Social Media Push: Promote your clients using your current social media accounts but be aware your competition may be watching so be careful with how you do with!

2. Text Them!: Grab your mobile device and send out a few text messages to clients and/or prospects during your free time. The key to this is NOT to try and sell anything, just let them know you are thinking about them or that you just wanted to say howdy!

3. Send Them an Unexpected Card: See the P.S. below 😉

4. Newsletters: Consider sending your client base a monthly or even weekly newsletter. Best is in the mail but an e newsletter is better than nothing. Make it full of useful content, remember this is about client retention NOT selling. Make the newsletter something that YOU would want to receive.

5. Create a blog post/video: This is one of the most effective things I have EVER seen! Create a video testimonial or interview with one of your clients, write a nice blog article about them and then after you publish it send them the link!! I mean think about this….. how would you feel if someone did that for your business?? No Brainer right??

This call was a bit weird for me as I did it from the hotel where I was attending an event so I snuck into one of the meeting rooms and was afraid they would hear me and come kick me out in the middle of the call! This is a SHORT call!
