I hope you will take this one to heart! I will say that whenever I am out at a networking event, one of the things I try my hardest to do is finding an opportunity for someone I have just met. I actually make it a little bit of a game to see if I can create some sort of win for someone that is in the room. I would love your thoughts on this one, so if you have come up with an opportunity out of something that has beed difficult, please leave a comment.

Something I just started lately is when I meet someone new I offer to promote them to my readership if we make a good connection. They always appreciate me for it and hopefully it really does give them some referral business. It’s certainly not hard for me to do either.
